Director's Statement This is a very personal story, based on my own experience. Raised as a boy since childhood, I faced countless "gazes" regarding my gender throughout my upbringing. But does it really matter whether I’m a boy or a girl? The girl returns to her hometown, picks up a camera, and attempts to observe everything from an outsider's perspective, yet she inevitably becomes entangled in it. Fortunately, a kind of "awakening" in her mother’s actions turns them into allies, standing side by side to face their common enemy—the definitions and judgments of others.
